Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revizo web application at app.revizo.studio and the website at revizo.studio (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Revizo turns floor plans, PDF drawings and 3D building models into AI-generated interior visualizations. The Service includes photoreal 2D rendering, an iterative AI image editor, 3D model generation and an in-browser 3D/IFC viewer.

AI-generated output is illustrative. It may contain inaccuracies and does not constitute architectural, engineering or construction documentation. You are responsible for verifying any output before professional use.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You may register with an email address and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits and payment

• Paid features consume credits — a prepaid, non-transferable unit of use. The credit cost of an operation is shown in the app before you run it.
• Credits are sold in packages listed inside the app and on the pricing page. Package prices and contents may change; a change never affects credits you have already purchased.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Complimentary (free) credits may be subject to separate conditions announced when granted.
• Payments in Kazakhstan are processed via Kaspi Pay. International card payments are processed by our merchant of record, which handles payment processing and applicable taxes on our behalf; its own terms apply at checkout.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits consumed by the failed operation are automatically returned to your balance.
• Refunds of purchased packages are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the floor plans, drawings, models and images you upload ("Input") and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the visualizations generated from them ("Output"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process and transmit Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service, including processing by the third-party AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service to create unlawful, infringing or deceptive content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties as your own service without our written consent;
• circumvent credit accounting or usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by the Operator or its licensors. These Terms grant no rights to our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service as intended.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for material breach of these Terms. Upon lawful termination for breach, unused credits are forfeited unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 10 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by the courts at the Operator's registered location, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
